Members Communications

Pinewood Lake Association is registered as an operating company in the State of Connecticut. Business activities are managed by a Board of Governors consisting of Owner Members elected from the various properties that are eligible for owner membership status within the Association.

Executive Committee

All officers in the PLA serve a 1-year term. Officers are elected during the first meeting after the Annual Membership Meeting in December.

The Board meets monthly at 7:30pm on the first Thursday of the month. All members are welcome. Any changes to the meeting schedule will be reflected on the calendar.
