Application and Approval Process

Complete the Associate Member Application (see below).

Pay Fee: If you are interested in adding your name to the existing waitlist, you will be required to pay a one-time, non refundable, enrollment fee of $25.00. This fee helps support our volunteer run organization's initiatives and ensures the continued growth and success of the Pinewood Lake community. Please mail your check to PLA, 33 East Lake Rd., Trumbull, CT 06611. For additional payment options contact MembershipPLA@gmail.com.
Your application will be fully processed upon receipt of the $25 waitlist fee. Your position on the waitlist will be determined by the date and time we receive your payment.
Waitlist
Please note that there is currently a 5–6 year waitlist to join the Pinewood Lake Association as an Associate Member. The number of new Associate Member spots is determined each year in December, with notifications being made to those on the waitlist starting in January.
While on the waitlist, you are required to update your contact information annually by emailing the Membership Committee at membershipPLA@gmail.com. Keeping your information current ensures we can reach you promptly when your spot becomes available.

I live in Trumbull, does this automatically qualify me for membership?

No, unfortunately it does not. If you do not own or rent a Qualified Property (see Membership page), you must apply to join the Associate Member Wait list.

I used to be a PLA member/my parents are members, can I be moved to the top of the waiting list?

No, all Associate Member applicants will be considered in the order that they are received.
