Board of Governors
Pinewood Lake Association is registered as an operating company in the State of Connecticut and is governed by a Board of Governors. Business affairs are managed by Owner Members elected from the properties eligible for owner membership within the Association.
The Board is made up of neighbors representing Plans 1–6, with each Governor serving a three-year term. Governors may serve up to two consecutive terms.
PLA members are encouraged to direct questions or concerns to their Plan Governor. If you are unsure which Plan you live in, please refer to the Membership Directory.
PLA is a volunteer organization, as such we will do our best to respond to you in a reasonable timeframe. However, please allow 5-7 days for a response before attempting to contact us again.
