David Mamet’s A LIFE IN THE THEATRE

Pinewood Lake Association and Falcon Repertory Company together present, David Mamet’s A LIFE IN THE THEATRE. We invite PLA Members and their guests to this exciting performance. Two showings will be offered. As a cabaret style event, participants are welcome to bring snacks and beverages to enjoy. 

Doors open 1 hour before the performance for participants to migle in the Sun Porch and chose their seat. 

David Mamet’s A LIFE IN THE THEATRE focuses on the relationship between two actors (the play's only characters): Robert, a stage veteran whose career is waning; and John a young, promising actor whose star is on the rise. Throughout the play, we see them rehearsing and performing in a variety of productions, as their relationship and career prominence gradually begins to change. Click to learn more about this play.
