EIGHTY YEARS ON PINEWOOD LAKE
The lake is what we make of it
Sixty acres of water and land. Two dams. A historic clubhouse. And the community members who, since 1944, have chosen to look after all of it together.
THIS SEASON

WHY WE EXIST
What our Association Protects
Pinewood Lake isn't run by the town or a developer. It's run by people who live here. Member dues fund stewardship, shared spaces, events, and the long view.
Lake stewardship
Water quality monitoring, weed and invasive species management, dam upkeep, shoreline care are all a part of the work that keeps Pinewood Lake healthy.
Shared spaces
The canteen, clubhouse, and access parcels around the lake. Maintenance by us, for us.
Year-round community
Events that have run for decades and the everyday connection that makes a neighborhood a community.
The long view
Eighty years of continuous stewardship. Strong membership keeps the lake healthy and the facilities in good shape for the next eighty.
