Beach Waivers
2022 COVID-19 Waiver
During summer 2022, each individual beach attendee (member and guests) will need to complete and submit the COVID-19 waiver before coming to the beach. There will be no hard copies to fill out when arriving at the beach. Please complete and submit the waiver online. This will make for a more efficient and speedy process for you and the beach registrar.
Unaccompanied Juvenile Waiver
An unaccompanied Juvenile Member may have 1 guest at a time and must be 12 years old or over. Adult Members with their Juvenile Member requesting permission to use the Lake while not accompanied, must meet with the Beach Director to review and acknowledge a full understanding of all Beach rules. Each child needs a separate form. Please complete and submit the waiver online. There will be no hard copies to fill out when arriving at the beach.
