Family Fun Day 2021

Family Fun Day is Back!

 

August 29th marks the return of the annual Family Fun Day*, a tradition that dates back to the early 1970s!

 

This all-day event will offer “fun and games for all ages” and an opportunity to celebrate the season before the beach officially closes for the year.

 

The final schedule is under development, but will run throughout the whole day. Whether you arrive when the beach opens and stay through dinner, or plan to pop in and out, you'll be sure to have a great time!

 

Activities such as egg toss, three-legged race, and tug-o-war will run throughout the day, with opportunities for all age groups to compete. The day will also feature a sand castle building event. Contestants earn tokens that can be redeemed for treats!

The canteen will be in full swing and PLA Cookbooks and other SWAG will be on sale!
